Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field required.
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate/licensure with endorsement in the grade level.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build positive relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and assessing educational activities.

Responsabilités
