We are currently seeking applications for suitably qualified and experienced First Class Welders with extensive Workshop fabrication experience to join our great local team in Henderson, WA.
The Role:
You will possess a commitment to work as a team player, be adaptable to a changing environment, have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and be prepared to work overtime and in remote locations when required to carry out the following duties;
Perform welding in accordance with approved weld procedures and codes;
Interpret welding symbols to ensure correct welding techniques;
Carry out basic maintenance of welding machine and equipment to keep a clean and safe work area; and
Follow all workshop and site safety requirements.
The successful candidates must have previous workshop experience and be able to demonstrate the following essential personal attributes and skills:
Sound knowledge of Welding, including piping and platework.
Sound knowledge of Welding on Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, Titanium, Alloy Nickel and Chrome Alloy.
GMAW/FCAW/GTAW welding experience, both manual and semi-automated.
Trade Qualified.
5+ years’ trade experience.
Ensure all activities are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Able to identify and report potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions.
Confined Space Entry and Working Safely at Heights.
Desirable Tickets (not essential):
Elevated Work Platform.
Recognised training certification in rigging, dogging & forklift.

Day shift 6.30am – 3pm with potential overtime, with a great pay rate.
