We are hiring immediately for a Robotic Welder Programmer in Conroe, TX. This role involves programming and operating robotic welding systems, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient welding processes. The position is full-time, on-site, with shifts available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Program and set-up fixtures for welding components.
• Participate in fixture design for production parts.
• Develop templates or tooling for holding and aligning parts.
• Evaluate weld quality through testing and inspections.
• Perform welding tasks such as clamping, tack-welding, and grinding.
• Control welding processes to prevent issues like overheating and distortion.
• Audit weld quality and rework as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of robotic welding and programming experience.
• Knowledge of robotics, welding, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform quality inspections.
• Welding certification or vocational training preferred.

Job Requirements
