Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a related field within a large global organization.
• 8+ years of managerial experience across multiple disciplines.
• Strong ability to lead AI risk and control initiatives from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Exercise delegated approval authority for eligible AI UCs/Assets with risk and controls assessments.
• Oversee AI change management, review requests, and escalate to Model Risk Management when needed.
• Maintain independent oversight of monitoring results and control effectiveness.
• Escalate material control failures and coordinate remediation or suspension decisions.
• Provide guidance on controls design for AI UCs/Assets and support risk appetite establishment.
