Job summary

Citi seeks a Tech 2LOD Risk Sr Officer within the TCCORO to provide independent oversight of technology, cyber, and AI risk across applications and digital ecosystems. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10 years experience in technology risk, cyber risk, or AI risk within financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with ORM/ICRM and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assesses technology, cyber, data, and AI risks from new initiatives, cloud implementations, and third-party solutions.
• Reviews governance policies and controls for design and effectiveness; aligns with regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
• Leads risk-based monitoring reviews, independent assessments, and reporting with stakeholders across Technology, Cyber, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Challenges design and effectiveness of technology, cyber, data, and AI controls and recommends remediation actions.
• Evaluates AI/GenAI/ML/AI agent technologies for governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Provides independent oversight of AI agent development, deployment, monitoring, and accountability frameworks.
• Keeps abreast of evolving technology regulatory requirements and industry standards.
