We are seeking a transactional/regulatory attorney with substantial expertise in the 1940 Act, including IAA (Investment Advisory Act) and ICA (Investor Company Act). Experience with the SEC or in law firms in this area is preferred. The role focuses on market regulation practice. It is suitable for a partner/counsel level candidate looking to supplement their book of business or someone interested in a part-time opportunity. The title is flexible.
