Position: Partner-Level Litigator

We are looking for an attorney with a solid background in construction litigation and a strong desire to advance in this specialized field.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years' experience in construction litigation, including construction and design defects, project delay, acceleration, scheduling, and mechanics' liens.
2. Experience drafting construction agreements for projects over $100 million.
3. Construction trial/arbitration experience.
