Basic Requirements :

• 5+ years of corporate experience
• Experience in a large law firm or respected boutique firm is preferred
• In-house counsel experience is highly valued
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with adaptability and emotional intelligence
• Law license and excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Type : Engagement (contract)
• Schedule : Part-time or Full-time
• Location : Remote or Hybrid

Compensation :

Annual pay ranges from $165,000 to $225,000+ for full-time roles. Contract pay is based on experience, credentials, location, market demand, and candidate preferences.
