We are seeking a partner-level litigator to join this esteemed team. We are looking for an attorney with a solid background in construction litigation and a strong desire to advance in this specialized field.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in construction litigation, including construction and design defects, project delay, acceleration, scheduling, and mechanics’ liens.
• Have substantial experience drafting construction agreements on projects over $100 million.
• Candidates must also have construction trial/arbitration experience.
