Job summary

Bost Inc in Harrison, AR is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with daily living activities in-home, including meal prep, personal care, and medication support. You will accompany clients on community outings and help maintain routines in collaboration with clinical staff.

Weekend shifts with Saturday and Sunday hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM offer meaningful work in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal preparation and planning, and personal care.
• Support individuals in community outings and transportation as needed.
• Assist with medications administration under guidance of clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
