Job summary

Bost Inc in Harrison, AR is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals and families with activities of daily living at home, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.

You’ll support independence and quality of life while following individualized plans. Workdays are Monday–Tuesday 7:30 AM–7:30 PM and Wednesday 7:30 AM–1:30 PM. Pay is $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal care.
• Administer medications and support therapeutic plans with clinical staff.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to activities or work.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Monday through Tuesday 7:30 AM-7:30 PM & Wednesday 7:30 AM-1:30 PM

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
