Job summary

Bost, Inc. is hiring full-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to maximize quality of life through in-home assistance with daily living activities, meal prep, and personal care. DSPs also accompany individuals on outings and provide transportation, while supporting therapeutic plans with clinical staff to enhance outcomes.

Workdays and hours are to be determined. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with EOE/M/F/Disability/Veteran as part of the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and planning.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Provide personal care and support to maximize quality of life.
• Support individuals in community outings and transportation to work or activities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: TBD

Pay Rate:$17.00/hr
