Job summary

Bost-Inc. is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work directly with individuals and their families in their homes. You will support daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care, while promoting independence and community involvement.

Shifts run Friday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Compensation is $13.50 per hour, with EOE/M/F/Disability/Veteran. Only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for changes.
• Provide personal care and support to individuals and families.
• Facilitate community outings and transportation to work or activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Friday through Sunday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

Pay Rate: $13.50/hr
