Job summary

Bost, Inc. is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in-home with individuals and their families in Fort Smith, Arkansas. You will assist with daily living activities, including meal planning, medication administration and personal care, while promoting independence and community involvement.

Shifts are Thursday through Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Pay is $14.00/hour for 1:1 care, with a group rate of $16.00/hour. EOE/M/F/Disability/Veteran.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and planning, medication administration and personal care.
• Support individuals and families to maximize quality of life.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual's quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP's support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Thursday through Friday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hour

Group Rate: $16.00/hour
