BlueGreen Alliance Inc. in Fort Smith, AR seeks part-time Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with daily living activities at home, including meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.

DSPs support community involvement and transportation, and assist with therapeutic plans in collaboration with clinical staff to enhance quality of life. Work weekends, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Pay rate is $15.00/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to activities.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual's quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP's support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday through Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
