Job summary

Clark Personnel in Fairhope, AL is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a growing and dynamic team. You will answer incoming calls, process orders and claims, and maintain strong product knowledge.

The full-time position offers $16/hour with a Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm schedule. Prior customer service and data-entry experience are preferred, and you should have excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude.
