Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work directly with individuals and their families in Farmington, AR, supporting daily living activities and personal care in-home. DSPs assist with meals, medication administration and community outings, while collaborating with clinical staff on therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Workdays are Monday 9:00 AM–7:30 PM and Tuesday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Pay is $13.00 per hour. Reference Job #:1597.

Qualifications

• Background check, reference check and drug screening are required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medications and provide personal care as directed.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Monday 9:00 AM-7:30 PM and Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate:$13.00/hr
