Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Strategic Sourcing Facilities - Retail to lead strategic sourcing across Facilities for retail accounts. This role partners with category leads, clients, and suppliers to shape roadmaps, manage priorities, and address risks while guiding a sourcing team.

You will drive end-to-end RFP execution in a fast-paced environment, deliver measurable cost savings, and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Location is remote with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing, specifically in Facilities categories.
• Expertise in developing sourcing strategies for complex Facilities categories.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations and client engagement.
• Proficiency in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Strategic Sourcing Facilities- Retail to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will guide strategic sourcing efforts across Facilities categories for retail accounts, with a focus on delivering measurable cost savings and strong supplier performance. The role partners closely with category leads, clients, and suppliers to shape account roadmaps, manage priorities, and address risks. It also includes leading a sourcing team, supporting executive stakeholders, and driving end-to-end RFP execution in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $185,000 annually
