Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with successive Shift Managers, and meeting shift targets.
