Requirements

• Experience working 1+ years in IT as a Lead Generation Specialist.
• Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, AngelList, Crunchbase, TechCrunch, Xsing, Xray etc.
• Maintain database (HubSpot), work with tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, Reply.io, Lemlist, Phantombuster, E-mail campaign etc.).
• Work with Google documents/sheets/presentations.
• Strong understanding of various lead generation techniques, including inbound and outbound strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize lead generation performance.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully generating high-quality leads.
• Excellent custom cover letter writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to individual Upwork job posts and client needs.
• Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least) or Advanced.

Responsibilities
