Job Description:
About the Role:
Pay ranges from $18-20 guaranteed, with potential earnings of $21-$40 per flat rate, based on experience. This full-time or part-time hourly position involves vehicle diagnostics and routine repairs, emphasizing exceptional customer service and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs.
• Complete courtesy inspections, document findings, and communicate with guests.
• Assist with inventory management and store duties, maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
• Follow safety standards, including wheel torque and oil safety procedures.
• Test drive vehicles adhering to safety and traffic laws.
• Operate and maintain all equipment safely.
• Complete all required training and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training or experience.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good MVR.
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and dust. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform physical activities like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
