MSRC is seeking a full-time Acquisition Security Specialist II. This position will be responsible for cradle-to-grave acquisition lifecycle security support for dedicated products and efforts. The Specialist will manage and execute all aspects of acquisition security and support the daily operations of all functional Acquisition Security areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer and coordinate security programs, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
• Develop security documentation and procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of applicable experience with a bachelor's degree; 13 years applicable experience without a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in personnel security, information security, OPSEC, industrial security, foreign disclosure, and test site security.
• Experience preparing security documentation such as security classification guides (SCGs), OPSEC plans, DD254s, reports, and briefings.
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Must be self-motivated, responsible, dependable, and professional.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active Secret security clearance; Top Secret is a plus
• Able to travel up to 25% of the time
• Experience with new acquisitions and competitive acquisition efforts is a plus
