Responsibilities

• Support finishing‑line operations by monitoring equipment performance and identifying inefficiencies.
• Assist with quality checks on surface finish, dimensions, and product defects.
• Collect and analyze production data to support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Help troubleshoot equipment issues alongside technicians and engineers.
• Contribute to lean and 5S activities to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Update documentation and SOPs related to finishing processes and safety practices.
