Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline.
• Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2029 (rising senior/junior).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Process Review and Analysis: Review manufacturing processes and create current-state value stream maps to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Kaizen Planning and Execution: Plan and track focused kaizen events with defined metrics to measure success.
• Measurement and Reporting: Measure improvements using safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics; report results to leadership.
