Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant discipline, with an anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Learn the finishing process and material flow.
• Analyze line efficiency, speed, delay, and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop modifications or new equipment and automation concepts.
• Provide biweekly progress presentations and a final report with scope and budget considerations.
