Job summary

Siemens Mobility offers a full-time, 12-month Sales Development Program (SDP) located in Peachtree Corners, GA. Graduates in engineering or business fields will gain hands-on experience, training, and exposure to technical sales within a global industry leader.

Start date is July 2027, with a structured two-phase development path and mentorship. Participants will build knowledge in products, systems, and go-to-market strategies while preparing for future roles in sales and sales support across

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree from a 4-year college/university.
Must not have graduated more than 18 months before start of program.

Responsibilities

Gain understanding of Siemens’ legacy, structure, products and processes.
Collaborate with product management and subject matter experts.
Prepare sales quotations for teams, distributors and customers.
Explore industry dynamics, including go-to-market strategies and channel partnerships.
Learn key sales skills, processes and tools.
Develop networking with peers and leadership while applying sales methodologies.
Engage in a collaborative, team-based environment with mentors.
