Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive program for NPs and PAs to fast-track dermatology skills. Training is led by our physicians and directors, with real-world clinical exposure and guaranteed clinic placement upon completion.

Applicants must be licensed PAs or NPs, be willing to relocate to TX for training and post-training placement, and commit to a 5-year contract after program completion. Relocation and transcripts are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
• Willingness to relocate to TX for training and to the assigned clinic post-training.
• Ability to commit to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.
• Application requirements: 1 letter of recommendation and scanned transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month immersive dermatology training with didactic and clinical sessions.
• Complete daily clinical rotations and hands-on practice.
• Attend milestone assessments and prepare for guaranteed post-training placement.
