Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for ambitious NPs and PAs who want to fast-track dermatology skills and secure a thriving career with Epiphany Dermatology.

You will train in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with hands-on clinical rotations and study resources, culminating in guaranteed placement at a selected clinic location after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.
• Interest in dermatology and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month immersive dermatology training program.
• Engage in daily clinical rotations in El Paso or Dallas, TX.
• Complete milestone-based skill assessments and coursework.
