Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive dermatology training program for NPs and PAs. Trainees receive didactic and hands-on clinical exposure led by two Physician Directors to develop confidence and skill as dermatology providers.

The program includes daily rotations, milestone assessments, and guaranteed job placement at a clinic upon successful completion, with relocation support to TX for training and to the assigned clinic post-training.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic after program completion.
• Commit to a 5-year employment contract following program completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Learn Derm 12-month dermatology training with didactic and clinical components.
• Engage in daily clinical rotations across diverse skin conditions.
• Demonstrate progress through milestone-based assessments and contribute to patient care during training.
