Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology is offering Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for NPs and PAs to launch a dermatology career. The program combines didactic education with real-world clinical exposure led by two Physician Directors, including daily rotations and milestone assessments.

Post-training, a guaranteed job placement at a designated clinic is provided. Training locations include El Paso or Dallas, TX, with placement in Roswell, NM upon completion.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment relationship after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Learn Derm: 12-month immersive dermatology training with didactic and clinical components.
• Engage in daily clinical rotations to gain exposure to diverse dermatology cases.
• Complete milestone-based skill assessments and achieve competency for post-program placement.
