Epiphany Dermatology invites NPs and PAs to join Learn Derm, a 12‑month immersive dermatology training program designed to launch your careers with hands-on clinical exposure and expert guidance.

During training in TX-based locations El Paso or Dallas, you'll rotate daily, complete didactic and clinical sessions, and secure guaranteed post‑program placement in a clinic, with a competitive training salary and housing stipend.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic after training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12 months of didactic and clinical dermatology training.
• Participate in daily clinical rotations to gain exposure to diverse skin conditions.
• Maintain milestone-based skill assessments and progress tracking.
