Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology invites licensed Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join Learn Derm, a 12-month dermatology training program led by our Physician Directors. The immersive curriculum blends didactics with real‑world clinical exposure to build confident dermatology providers.

Participants will train in El Paso or Dallas, TX, complete daily rotations, and receive a guaranteed job placement at a designated clinic upon successful program completion, with potential relocation support

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to assigned clinic post-training.
• Commit to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.
• Submit 1 letter of recommendation and scanned transcripts.
