Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years’ leadership experience preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and incident reporting.
• Manage up to 30 warehouse team members.
• Plan labor and schedules to meet volume and cost goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance on equipment upkeep.
• Support training on warehouse equipment.
