Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively and understand English (verbal and written).
• Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with team lifting.
• Able to operate, maintain, and clean automated equipment.
• Maintaining accurate records and data.
• Display strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model in following company policies and procedures.
• Understand warehouse operations and daily tasks.
• Operate and maintain equipment at base condition.
• Participate in root cause analysis activities and use tools for identification.
• Support all other warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Help maintain inventory records with accurate transfers and changes.
• Complete skills validations within training timeframe.
• Move materials from receiving/production to storage or designated areas.
• Sort items on racks by size, type or product code.
• Ensure safety and SOP/GMP compliance to improve team performance.
• Verify product placement during receiving with an Inbound Receiving Note.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated rooms.
• Drive forklift to transport stored items.
• Other duties may be assigned.
