Job summary

Pries Enterprises is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a 3rd shift 12-hour swing schedule. The role focuses on keeping our aluminum extrusion operations running safely and efficiently, performing preventative maintenance and quick troubleshooting on production equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour swing schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50–75 lbs in an industrial environment.
• Met Guarded Steel-toe boots required (PPE reimbursement available yearly).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Collaborate with production teams to support operations
