Job summary
Hydro Extrusions is seeking a maintenance technician for an on-site role in Saint Augustine, FL. The position involves operating machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment on a 12-hour continental night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with off every other weekend.
The role requires 3+ years in industrial manufacturing, 2+ years troubleshooting complex equipment, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn mobile equipment. Gas combustion experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience troubleshooting complex equipment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Gas combustion experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn how to operate mobile equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and manufacturing processes in a safe work environment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot operations; help improve safety and procedures.
- Identify, develop and implement improvements using Team techniques.
- Maintain housekeeping within the department and communicate with team members.
