Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour swing schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50–75 lbs in an industrial environment.
• Met Guarded Steel-toe boots required (PPE reimbursement available yearly).

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime

Pries Enterprises is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team on a 3rd shift 12-hour swing schedule. This role is critical in keeping our aluminum extrusion operations running safely and efficiently.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 12-hour swing schedule 2-2-3, 3 day weekend every other week
• Overtime as needed based on production demands
