Job summary

Marvin Composites is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a 12-hour rotating day shift at the Fargo, ND Pultrusion plant. You will drive safety, quality and productivity, develop associates, assign work, and manage on-shift performance against key metrics.

The role includes progression through a Skill Level Development program and leading by example on the floor. Candidates should have manufacturing supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Two-year degree or higher (preferred).
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead and support your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a production shift culture aligned with MC mission and values.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity metrics on the floor.
• Coach and develop associates; manage shift workload and OTD performance.
• Hold associates accountable; route notes, reporting, and shift handovers.
