Marvin Composites is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor for the Day shift at our Fargo, ND location. You will lead a production shift, coach associates, assign work, and adjust priorities to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.

You will stay connected to the production floor, develop your team, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining a strong safety culture. This role offers a rotating 12-hour day schedule with premium weekend shifts and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Two-year degree or higher required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Analytical ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership guiding and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates to build skills and engagement on the shift.
• Create a safe work environment by modeling safety standards and incident reporting.
• Ensure quality and drive productivity through effective work distribution and monitoring.
• Utilize labor effectively to meet production schedules andtargets.
• Communicate production updates and shift expectations clearly and timely.
• Provide regular feedback and accountability for performance.
