Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electromechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Experience using CMMS or similar maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support production equipment changeovers and startup activities.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical equipment issues.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment history using SAP, CMMS, or other maintenance systems.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and equipment uptime.
