Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Shift Maintenance Mechanic at our Appleton, WI manufacturing plant. The role offers 12-hour rotating days and nights shifts to keep production uptime high and ensure safe, reliable equipment operation.

The candidate will perform mechanical and electrical service, install upgrades, and support preventative maintenance while collaborating with maintenance, production, and vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience working as electrical, mechanical or E/M technician.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Experience installing electrical upgrades and modifications.
• Ability to work safely on elevated platforms, rooftop, and other heights.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, cost-effective, high-quality maintenance support for plant operations.
• Maintain production and support machinery to achieve availability and reliability.
• Install electrical power and control systems and assist PM tasks.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues.
