Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Packaging Technician to support our state-of-the-art toothpaste packaging areas. You will analyze root causes for process improvements and cost reductions on 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm, ensuring quality and compliance across the line.

You will perform SAP-based material transactions, document batch activity, and drive improvements while maintaining a safe working environment. The role offers strong growth and benefits in our Americas operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, every other weekend off.
• Basic computer skills (Data entry, email, file access, Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Operate automated toothpaste packaging lines up to 450 tubes per minute.
• Handle packaging materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the area and equipment.
• Perform autonomous maintenance to keep lines at top performance.
• Support preventive maintenance with maintenance technicians.
• Conduct inventories of packaging materials and products.
• Adhere to safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Record batch activity and results in SAP and other systems.
• Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement.
• Search for cost savings and waste reduction opportunities.
