Job summary

ITW Medical is hiring a Lead Operator to supervise the assigned production line on a 12‑hour rotating shift (7:00am–7:00pm). You’ll own line processes, mentor operators, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

This hands‑on role requires strong troubleshooting and clear, real‑time decision making. Collaborating with the Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead start‑of‑shift huddles, monitor performance, and uphold standard work practices while driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing

Qualifications

• Provide real-time troubleshooting and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource and SME for assigned equipment and processes.
• Lead by example in safety, quality, standard work, and operational discipline.
• Conduct start-of-shift huddles and shift handoff communications within the area.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical guidance to operators.
• Conduct on-the-job training and maintain required training sign-off documents.
• Partner with the Shift Supervisor to identify operational risks and escalations.
