Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Neuro ICU RN for a travel contract at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. Night shift 3x12s (19:00–07:30) with 1:2 ratios, float between units as needed, and weekend/EOW availability.

The role demands at least 2 years of ICU nursing, Neuro ICU experience, and current BLS and ACLS. NIHSS certification is preferred; CCRN is a plus. Local travelers within 50 miles are not eligible for travel contracts.

Qualifications

• 2 years ICU nursing experience
• Neuro ICU experience strongly preferred
• BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS and CCRN preferred
• Must be able to float between units as needed
• Weekend/EOW availability required

Responsibilities

• Provide neuro ICU nursing care to high-acuity patients
• Float between units (PCU, MS/Tele, MS Neuro) as assigned
• Adhere to ICU protocols and ventilator management standards
