Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week PCU travel assignment in Washington. The role covers nights, with 12-hour shifts (7 PM–7 AM) and a 1:4 patient ratio in a busy stepdown unit.

Requires minimum 2 years of RN practice, WA or Compact license, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certification. Nurses will float between units as needed and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must have active WA or Compact RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years in a stepdown/unit with high turnover.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a 1:4 ratio in PCU stepdown.
• Administer meds and IV drips per protocol.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to rapid changes.
• Floating to other units as needed.
