Requirements

1. Must be at least 21 Years of Age
2. Minimum of 3 Months Class A Tractor-Trailer Exp within the last 12 Months (With minimum 40' Trailer)
3. No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 5 years
4. No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years
