Online Class and Radio Show Monitors
Virtual Opportunity
Online class and Radio Show Monitors would either sit in on live classes/shows or on playback to monitor for negative remarks, provide constructive advice to tutors, and report to New Heights Management. This is a weekly ongoing opportunity. Participants need to volunteer at least 5 hours per week. Please share a resume with three references, including email addresses. All monitors are required to complete background checks, even if interested only in being a substitute. The goal is to ensure classes run smoothly and positively.

Major Responsibilities include:
  1. Evaluate weekly tutoring sessions.
  2. Share constructive feedback and recommendations with teachers/tutors on student engagement, instructional effectiveness, and physical settings.
  3. Complete and submit monthly monitoring forms to New Heights management in a timely manner.
Qualifications include:
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Responsible, dependable, honest, mature, friendly, patient, and sensitive to a diversity of students.
Additional Information:

Background checks are required, with all expenses covered by the volunteer. For adult volunteers, a resume with three references and email addresses is required. For student volunteers, letters from guidance counselors, teachers, principals, etc., are accepted.
