We are a fast-growing online travel agency working with US customers. We sell business-class flight tickets.

Your Job

As a Travel Agent, you will talk with interested customers who left a request on our website. You'll ask them about their travel needs and offer flight options that align with their preferences.

We work exclusively with warm leads, ensuring that you're always working with interested clients!

Training provided. No experience required. Fully remote.

Responsibilities

1. Call customers after they leave a request on our website (warm leads only)
2. Help them find flights that fit their needs
3. Consult them about airlines, airplanes, etc. (we will teach you everything)
4. Close deals, earn a commission on each sale
5. Have professional conversations, build long-term relationships with customers who will become repeat customers and make your own salary grow over time

Requirements:

• no experience required
• availability to work in the night shift, at least for a few months
• your own laptop or PC
• a headset with a microphone
