Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is hiring a compassionate and dependable Caregiver, HCA, or CNA to care for seniors in Bothell. Shifts run daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with opportunities for up to 40 hours based on client needs.

The role offers health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training. Both part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of enrollment in a training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
• U.S. work authorization required
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties
• Generally 12-20 hours per week, with potential up to 40 hours based on client needs

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and light housekeeping
