Bilingual Tax Credit Leasing Agent

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a bilingual Apartment Leasing Professional with experience in LIHTC, Section 8, or HUD programs for an immediate start opportunity.

Position Overview:

As a Tax Credit Leasing Agent, you will assist prospective and current residents while ensuring full compliance with affordable housing regulations. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments and process applications
• Conduct income certifications and maintain accurate resident files
• Explain income eligibility and program guidelines to prospects
• Collect rent, issue receipts, and manage financial records
• Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and compliance reports
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily property operations
  
  

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience with LIHTC, Section 8, or HUD leasing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, or RealPage
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and affordable housing compliance
• Ability to walk the property and work flexible hours as needed
